Sherie Nelson, MBA, RDN, is the Senior Director of Responsibility & Wellness at Elior North America, where she leads the company's wellness and social & environmental responsibility initiatives across various sectors, including K-12 education, higher education, healthcare, and business dining. With over two decades of experience in nutrition and food service, Sherie is dedicated to promoting health and sustainability through innovative dining solutions.
At Elior, Sherie spearheads the BeWell and Doing Good platforms, which emphasizes plant-forward, nutrient-rich meals that support physical and mental health, and cater to diverse dietary needs. Sherie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Management from The College of St. Scholastica, in addition to her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
